Ew...

Ok So Jen's got this health book. It suggests for loosing weight that you take 'digestive enzymes' a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of cocoanut oil before each meal......

I see why people loose weight...The only thing that tastes worse then the cider vinegar is the cocoanut oil.... People skip meals so they don't have to eat this stuff....

I'll try it for a couple of days though... It can't hurt to TRY right?

Gawd it tastes nast though.
